We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the retail sector. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.

Key Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR (retail industry preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi
• Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment procedures, and employee relations
• Ability to handle day-to-day HR operations independently
• Based in or willing to work in Bangalore

Salary: As per industry standards
